If There's an Issue With Your Order Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if you experience any of the following:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item received
- Item significantly different from description
Simply email us at [your email] with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a full refund or free replacement — no need to ship anything back.
Important: Please Measure Before Ordering Our steering wheel covers fit 37–39cm steering wheels. We strongly recommend measuring your steering wheel diameter before purchasing to ensure compatibility. Orders placed for incorrect sizes are not eligible for refunds.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Contact made after 3 days of delivery
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered without prior confirmation
- Damage caused by improper installation
